Seniors Connect NS is a free, phone‑based social and recreation program that helps older adults in Nova Scotia stay connected and engaged. Designed to reduce loneliness and isolation, the program removes barriers such as transportation, mobility challenges, health concerns, and lack of internet access by allowing participants to join using just a telephone.

Our program is province wide and group conversations are divided by regions.

We are looking for volunteers to host 2 calls per week in their region!
